What You Directly Provide Us

You can modify your information by updating or correcting the basic Hintex account information by editing your account settings through the Website Platform. What You Automatically Provide Us When You Use Our Website Platform

There is some information we collect automatically when you access our Website Platform, which we use to improve our Website Platform, to provide you features and functionality, to facilitate communication with other users through our Website Platform, and to enable all the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may also collect, use or share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered person data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. If, however, we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data that will be used in accordance with this privacy policy. Information We Collect from Other Sources

We may also receive information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Website Platform. For example, if you choose to link, create, or log in to your Hintex account with a payment provider (e.g., Google Wallet, Apple Pay or PayPal) or social media service (e.g., Facebook), or if you engage with our advertisements through Google (Google AdWords), a separate app or site that uses our API (or whose API we use), we may receive information about you or your connections from that site or app.

If You Fail to Provide Personal Data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (e.g., to provide you with goods or services). You may not, however, unsubscribe from emails about your account status or order status.

Other uses

We may also use your personal information for a secondary purpose that is related to a purpose for which we collected it, where you would reasonably expect us to use your personal information for that secondary purpose.

We use local storage on your device to store data, including cookies and cached data. For example, when you click “Remember me” on the login screen, your login information is saved on your device.

We may allow third parties to advertise or offer services to you. Advertisers may use the cookie that we have placed on your device to identify you. Business Acquisitions
