Production process
Production begins with the careful selection of premium, sustainably sourced wood. The wood is precisely cut and shaped using advanced machinery to ensure accuracy and clean lines. Skilled artisans then assemble the bed frame using traditional joinery techniques, ensuring strength and stability. Once the frame is complete, the wood is hand-sanded to smooth perfection, and natural oils or finishes are applied to highlight the wood’s texture and provide protection. The bed’s structure is tested for durability before being assembled with the headboard and slats. Finally, the bed is carefully packaged, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition, ready to enhance any bedroom with its understated elegance and comfort.
