Production process

The Thor bench is carefully handcrafted to balance strength and elegance. High-quality, sustainably sourced hardwood is precisely cut with CNC technology, then hand- finished to smooth every surface and highlight the natural grain. The frame is assembled with traditional joinery, ensuring lasting stability. The seat is upholstered with high-resilience foam and covered in premium fabric or leather, expertly tailored for comfort and a refined finish. Finally, the wood is treated with a protective coating, enhancing its durability and timeless appeal.
