Fittings

Standard plus fitting

• The STANDARD PLUS fitting is equipped with two anti-burglary catches in each sash.
• In Tilt and Turnsashes one of the catches is a unique anti-burglary lock with double locking, available at DAKO only.
• Additionally, the fitting features a handle rotation lock with a lifter.

Invisible hinges

• When the sash is closed the hinges are invisible what gives the windows exceptionally elegant appearance and facilitates keeping the windows clean.
• A great advantage of the fittings is an easy regulation without using the tools.

'Comfort' fitting

• The system enables the sash from the frame at a distance of 6 mm to be disengaged what ensures efficient ventilation without cooling the interior suddenly.
• During ventilation the fitting has an increased level of protection against burglary and the vertical position of the handle does not show that the window is unsealed.
• The sash maintains a stable position under wind pressure and the slot dimensions allow the interior to be ventilated during the rain.

The 'tilt first' option

• The FIRST TILT option, in which positioning the handle horizontally tilts the window, and full opening requires setting the handle in a vertical position.
• In combination with the TBT handle it allows to limit the possibility of opening the sash.
• Without using the key, they can only be tilted, which eliminates the risk of falling out.

Glass panes

Glazing is a very important element of windows affecting, among other things, their thermal efficiency and the amount of solar energy entering the interior. The increased number of chambers in the glazing package, the lower u-value of the glass and the noble gas in the inter-pane space improve thermal insulation.

Opening Sencors

Sensors integrated with the fitting transmit information on window closing or opening to selected systems, activating them according to the user’s expectations.

Air-conditioning

Window opening causes automatic deactivation of the air-conditioners and gives savings resulting from limiting inefficient air-conditioning operation.

Heating

Sash opening causes deactivation of the heater under the window. Therefore, the costs of inefficient heating can be avoided.

Alarm System

Information on the window status is transmitted to the alarm system, activating an alarm, if needed.
• Three-function sensors distinguish the closed, tilted and opened window so the alarm system can be protected during ventilation.
• Sensors do not react to movement what makes that they can be active when residents and animals are at home.
• Sensors are invisible from outside therefore the burglars cannot prepare themselves for attempting to disarm them.

Pane bars and decorative lists

Pane bars are a perfect addition to any window. They can be not only a decoration of stylish windows but also a top element of modern window constructions. Pane bars give the interiors the exceptional ambience and, due them, the building facades acquire the unique character.

Inside pane bars

Inside pane bars are placed in the space between glasses during the production of glass packets. We offer inside pane bars 8, 18, 26, 45 mm wide. They are available in a wide range of RAL colours as well as in a few wood-like shades.

Stick pane bars

Stick pane bars are placed directly on the glass which allows the pane bars to be stuck and exchanged during the window use. We offer stick pane bars 25, 40 mm wide. The colors are available in accordance with DAKO PVC window colors.

Decorative lists

Decorative lists and caps are the elements which give charm to windows. They are suitable both for historical and single-family buildings. The lists are made of polyester and covered with high quality two-component varnish.
